I need advice!

Ok so I am 6 weeks pregnant. Me and my husband had sex 2 nights ago because I was told it wouldn't be harmful to the baby. But today I went to the restroom and there appeared to be a little bit of blood present when I wiped. Now it's not a lot of blood barely noticeable but I have already miscarried once and I'm really paranoid and scared. I haven't had to even wear a liner or anything but I guess I just want to know if it's normal at all. Am I just being too paranoid? Has anyone else experienced this at all? Please help!
