Blue cross blue shield

So in January I will be getting blue cross blue shield, and my monthly premiums are 245, I talked to them today and they said I have 3 co payments of 35$ and after that it's out of pocket until I pay off my deductible at 6300$! In supposed to start ivf in January, how is that going to work if I only get 3 35$ co payments, will I have to pay it out of pocket! They also told me they pay for ivf! It makes no sense to me! I'm so stressed out!
