Insurance plans for Texas?

Ok so i live in Texas and was wondering if anyone knows of any insurance plans that cover fertility treatments. I was told today that my current insurance provider (blue cross blue shield) would not cover my hsg test! Any advice?

I have united healthcare but it's through my employer it covers everything up to iui but not ivf

Insurance as a whole in Tx sucks. I have BCBS and they hardly cover anything I learned once I became preggo, now they are completely getting rid of PPO plans this Dec
