Just came from a breastfeeding class last night. The Medela (1st Choice) and Ameda brands are highly recommended.

I had this with my forst about 4 years ago, I would not recommend it at all. If you are going to really use it and want a good effective one get a medela

I was lent the single version of this and couldn't get anything out! Thought it was just me not being able to express but tried a different brand and got lots. Maybe the one i had was faulty though.

You can get one through your insurance I got the medela double through mine
