First workout at 6 weeks .

I'm so proud of myself I hadn't worked out since I found out at 4 weeks and I've been horribly nauseas

,bloated and constipated not sleeping well and eating terribly . I didn't do my normal program as it had lots of weights and squat jumps and box jumps . Instead I worked on upper body with the TrX and did some planks and cardio on the bike . What are you ladies doing I would love some more ideas .
