Anal Advice ladies please !

Don't really have people to talk to this about so I thought you lovely ladies wouldn't judge and might be able to help! Me and my partner have tried anal a few times and once it worked and didn't hurt a single bit and I really enjoyed it but when we tried after that it was killing again!
