Feeling very frustrated. 😢

Me and my SO started using glow last month. We have been sorta TTC for almost 3 years but, haven't tracked my ovulation until Glow, which worked because I got those 2 dark lines. Did the BD. Felt confident. My periods have always been 30-35 days apart. And last 5-7 days. Well, I believed I got two positive tests but, then I got two negative and my period was 3 days late so I went to my gyno. As soon as I got there I started to bleed. I was sure it was my period but the bleeding only lasted 3 days. They tested by pee and it came back neg. They did blood work but never called me back so I assumed I wasn't pregnant at all. But, my period lasting only 3 days is very much bothering me. Has anyone gone through something like this? Please give advice.
