When were you released to have sex? I'm 7 weeks

For the first time in... years (thanks infertility for making it a chore), I actually want to have sex with my husband! But my doctor keeps saying "not yet". Do you remember when you were released for sex?

I didn't ask for a while, because I've had a low-to-non-existent sex drive ever since our transfer. But finally asked at my last RE appt at 12 weeks, for my husband. Dr gave us the green light.

I work at a fertility center and I have done ivf as well. I'm now 6 weeks pregnant with twins. The doctor in our center allows sex after the second beta test @ 2 weeks.

After we received a positive result, we were cleared to be active as long as I didn't have cramping or bleeding. I waited a few days bc I was overly cautious. My first pregnancy my poor husband had to wait until after 18 weeks bc I had bleeding due to a subchorionic hematoma.

My RE no longer puts any restrictions on any activity including sex. He says the evidence does not support it after further research has been done. My first transfer was 8 years ago, and I was supposed to be on pelvic rest until after the first ultrasound at 6 weeks (I didn't wait that long though). Then 4 years ago they said just wait until the positive beta 9 days after transfer, and by the next cycle they said no restrictions. 
Pregnancies from embryo transfer are not "less implanted" than natural pregnancies. So there's really no valid reason to restrict activities that are normally fine for a natural conception. Women have sex right through implantation and early pregnancy as a matter of course, and there is no evidence that this ever causes miscarriage.
