Scared help!

Okay, there was two days left of my period and I had unprotected sex. We used the withdrawal method and afterward went on to purchasing a morning after pill. I took it that morning at exactly 10:00am which was the Friday before Halloween. I know the morning after pill says that it can prolong your period and give you symptoms of pregnancy like tender breasts, nausea and sometimes abdominal pain which are said to happen within the next two days after taking it. Well, long story short, nothing happened, no symptoms or anything. Yesterday around 1:00pm I was "playing" 😅 with my boyfriend I didnt want to go into too much detail, but I'm not sure if it's needed so basically he fingered me, and it's happened before you know, nothing new, but I started to get a little dry (from what I could feel/thought) and he continued for a little after until I asked him to stop. I went into work at 3:00pm, used the bathroom a couple of times and nothing happened. I got home from work around 10 and used the bathroom again and it looked like there was a little spotting, I kept wiping until I didn't see anything, thought maybe it was from the earlier activities and went to bed. I woke up this morning, and even less blood was there, so I thought I was fine, and again thought nothing of it again. I just used the bathroom again around 9:30am and I was bleeding, not enough to come out on my underwear, but it comes out when I use the bathroom only. It looked close to the way you bleed when you're on your fourth? day of your period, like not bleeding a lot but still bleeding. I'm just nervous, I thought it could've been the friction from yesterday, or maybe it was the pill still taking its course. I cannot be pregnant, so if you think so please tell me. I just need opinions on what you think it could be, thank you so much!
