Letrozole

Hello, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for just over a year. We have a 3y old boy that took about 18 months to conceive. We've done two rounds of Clomid and are starting Letrozole this cycle. Has anybody used it? I ovulate on my own and my blood work was fine. It's just unexplained infertility. Also, if it's my husbands sperm, what have you all done to help increase numbers and motility? Thanks in advance!
