Bleu Cheese Burger?!

I am CRAVING a bleu cheese burger SO bad. And have been since I found out I'm pregnant... Would it be ok if I got one from a very upscale restaurant and scraped most of it off? Is it safe? Please someone say yes. LOL

It is fine to eat all blue cheeses if they are cooked.  As long as they are steaming hot right through.  So if you cannot find a pasteurised one (though I have had no trouble) you could cook it yourself as long as the cheese is melted to bubbling 😊

Most resturants will use a pasteurized blue cheese, just call ahead and ask or ask the waiter/waitress.
