Sciatic Nerve Pain? Maybe?

I have this pain in my right hip area, that stretches down my right leg. It gets extremely uncomfortable and it hurts. Anyone have any tips on trying to ease it??
I'm a FTM at 29wk3d.

Sounds like sciatic.  I had the same for my first two kids.  The only way I found relief was going to a chiropractor (one with experience with pregnant moms).

In the same boat. Before being pregnant I could take a muscle relaxer at night and it would be fine in the morning. Tylenol does help a little.

I'm feeling the SAME thing. Ugh it hurts so bad :( I can barely walk sometimes.

The only thing that helped my sciatica was alternating heat and ice.  I haven't tried it while pregnant though.  I'm unsure of using heat near baby.

Well, lying on my left side with my body pillow between my legs, with a cold compress on my back seems to help a bit. 😕
