Does milk come out at 29 weeks when you squeeze? Or is it something else?

Yes it's colostrum, and if you're leaking it then its normal. It's just a hormonal response. If you are leaking you may find that your nipples get sore before a leak. I would go to the drugstore and pick up some nursing pads to protect your clothes. I got a huge box for really cheap, and they are pretty discreet and comfortable. Also, be careful if you try to express the colostrum yourself. If it's painful enough that you need to get it out, there are charts online that will show you the proper way to express colostrum without harming your boobs
