My morning sickness has been really bad the past two weeks, I'm 10w today and when I woke up this morning I was actually feeling ok, my husband and I went out to breakfast and as I was walking through the parking lot almost to my car I started throwing up! I couldn't stop it and everyone in the parking lot could see me! Anyone else have an expierience like this, I'm mortified
