Hi everyone, we're all in the early stages of pregnancy. Let's support each other and give advise on eating habits, healthy receives, vitamins and exercise. What are you doing and why. What are you eating? I'll start.

Currently I'm 4 weeks 3 days. I've had 3 miscarriages, so really focusing on a healthier lifestyle this time.

Vitamins etc: blackmores pregnancy gold, coq10, folate tablets and vitamin d tablet. I will likely need to go on baby aspirin as well as I have a blood clotting mutation.

Exercise: I've been going to the gym twice a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. I go on one of those walking machines and just do 200 calories. Nothing too strenuous but it gets my heart rate up. I also go for a power walk/jog with a friend 2 a week for approx 45 Min.

Meals:

Breakfast - 2 weetbix and milk, 2 tablespoons of muesli and a tablespoon of physslum husks. Some a chopped banana as well on top.

Lunch - usually a sandwich or wrap. Wholesale or rye where possible with meat and lots of salad. 1 hard boiled egg.

Dinner - roast chicken and salad/veggies, or fish in our tagine with cousin cousin or something similar.

Beverage - lots of water, rooibos tea, juice we cold press at home using kale, Apple, celery, carrot, cucumber, lemon etc.

What are you snacking on?

I feel like this is going to be successful so I'm doing all I can. Hcg two days ago were 161, and go in again in 2 days. Progesterone was 63.

You?
