I don't know whether my head is playing tricks on me but I feel like I am having slight early pregnancy symptoms. I am bloated and burping heaps, my lower back hurts and I have been cramping the last two or three days. I feel like Iv been feeling twinges in my tummy and Iv been getting heart burn. I am due my at on the 16/11, I tried a test today with a bfn, which I'm not surprised as its probably way too early. Am I just convincing myself I'm feeling all this stuff or is it possible??
