What do you do for nausea?

I feel sick 24/7 but I know I need to eat. How do you help with nausea?

I had it bad for about 3 weeks. Non alcohol ginger beer with lime flavored tonic water helped sometimes. Also pretzels sometimes worked. I think you just have to try different things and see what works for you. Good luck and I know your pain 😟

I had it very bad for 3 months to the point I lost 20 pounds but I found out I had liver issues as well ... I had to get on a liquid diet I would drink broths water and juice and gradually at small things in small portions but it will get better ... Congrats

I have constant nausea, too, and nothing seems to help.  Here's what I've tried..maybe something can work for you:
Ginger Tea
Peppermint Tea
Ginger Candy
Peppermint Candy
Ginger Ale
Dry Toast 
(I make sure to get everything from the health food store to avoid crap ingredients).  Good luck!
