Energy for work
So I have to work Black Friday overnight, 6pm-2am and probably longer if necessary and I was wondering what is safe that I can take or drink for energy? I'm usually in bed by around 10-11 so staying up so late is gonna be hard. Would just one energy drink that night be a bad idea? I never typically drank energy drinks prior to the pregnancy or even now, obviously. Just don't wanna over exaggerate something. Or are there any natural energy type drinks?
