I'm quite young (14, almost 15) but for my age am very mature because all my friends are one or two years older than me. I don't have a significant other but want to lose my virginity to a friend. I'm worried that I may get attached to the person I lose it too or regret it?

Waiting for the right person will make the experience much better. All my friends had lost theirs but I still had mine. I lost mine at 18 with the guy I'm currently dating and he personally says that having sex with someone you truly care about makes the experience way better. So id say to wait, I thought the same as you but I waited and I don't regret it 😄😄😉😉

I will advise to wait, 14 is too you but my main reason to wait for the person that it means something with, not jst freinds, that way, u wont regret it. Am 22 and still waiting for that significant other, no nesscesarily marriage...but getting more and more impatient😂😂

You should wait for sex until you find a person that you think that you were going to marry because when you find that one person that you are going to marry it might affect them that you already had sex

Sorry but I have not met any mature 13 yr old. What's the rush? I don't understand why you young teens want to lose it so bad! No having sex won't make you "cool" and being a virgin won't make you lame! Have you ever thought about what you will do if you get pregant? Catch a std or HIV? If you become sex active what birth control are you going to go on? You have your WHOLE life ahead of you! Focus on school! School should be your main focus! Your body hasn't even developed yet and you're already thinking about sex? That's not okay in my opinion. I would wait if I were you. You're too young to deal with all the emotions that comes with sex

Tbh it kinda depends on the age of the person you're having sex with. Like I first had sex when I was 15 but the guy was also 15. I mean u do u and virginity isn't a big deal but I do think 14 is too young regardless of being mature
