Dizzy and weak?

Anyone else super dizzy and weak?! I've hardly been able to get out of bed for a week as half...seriously!! I get so dizzy and have to force myself to eat. I feel so weak and faint. Anyone else? I'm approx 6 weeks

I get really lite head when I get out of bed too quick. And sometimes at night. I'm thinking maybe I need to drink more fluids, maybe that will help you too? Water, gatorade, orange juice or apple, and try eating small meals even if it's something little just enough to not make you feel sick.
