Crinone 8% suppository

Any of you ladies use this and develop vaginal itching? I have only done 3 doses (evening) and woke up this morning so itchy! I rinsed extra well this morning and no change. I might call my doctor tomorrow if it is worse considering I need to use this stuff until the end of the first trimester if I am pregnant (I'm only 6dpo, 8dpt). Any advice or suggestions would be so appreciated!!!
