How soon can you get pregnant after having the IUD removed?

I had my IUD removed on Nov 3rd 2015. My dr has put me on prenatal vitamins I have 11 refills left. I also was wondering how fertil are after you have the IUD removed?

Got mine out 0ct 1,2015 had no Af for that month .suppose to start Af this month 11/14 ,I've taken several test all Bfn .my doctor said to wait a month or two to try but I'm tired of waiting we are wanting baby #2 .I have a daughter and my finance has 3 girls .

My doc said I could get pregnant right away but suggested we wait 2 months for my cycle to regulate before we tried to conceive. Got out in June, still not pregnant :(

I had mine removed February 2015, let myself have one month of normal cycle before ttc and then when we started after that month we were pregnant after 2 months of trying. Like people have said everyone is different.

Thank you all for your responses I've had two miscarriages my last one was this year I was 5w & 2d. In a way if I do get pregnant I'll be happy an excited but scared at the same time where that has happen to me twice. My first lost was in April 27th 2011 my second was this year.

You can get pregnant right away, but if you conceive before having a regular period, then your chance of miscarriage skyrockets, so it's best to wait a month or two. I had mine removed, waited one cycle, and then conceived two cycles later.

After IUDs its up to your body.  If you were on mirena, then the earliest you'll likely ovulate is in 2 or so weeks.  If you were on paraguard then your cycle is likely not really affected by them so you will likely ovulate whenever you would normally.  That all being said, some women take longer than others to ovulate when coming off of hormonal BC.
