College and Baby?

I'm 17, a senior and I graduate June 6th. I'm also 9 week's pregnant and due June 8th. Today, my fiancé (20) gave me a letter that came in the mail. It was an acceptance letter. I applied for the fall semester (Sept 2016) but now I'm really scared that I won't want to leave my baby for those few hours while I go to class. He/she will only be 3/4 months and I don't feel comfortable hiring a babysitter that early. Any advice on how to balance school and baby? My fiancé is a construction worker so he's gone during the day meaning I'd HAVE to have a babysitter.
