Help.......Please

I been off depo since April & im tcc but I have no idea when I'm ovulating because my glow tracker is off since I haven't had a period in 4 years. So I brought a kit so I could test thought the week for ovulation but I got nothing. I've tried preseed but still no baby. I have no idea as what I should do anymore. I know coming off of my depo has caused a lot of health issues such as major weight gain server cramping ect. I just need help/advice!!!!
