Throwing up every time I take gummy prenatal?

Or any other one I was sick from too much iron. Now I am sick from the prenatal. Is it okay to not take a day and take it the next day? What do you guys recommend? I am 7 weeks.

Try not to skip days but if u do not end of world but don't take more than recommend dose in one day even if u forgot or couldn't take it

I take my vitamin with orange juice to mask the flavor. Have you tried this?

I need to get a prenatal vitamin that is not going to make me sick! The ones they gave me made me deathly ill. I just took my iron for the first time in a long in a couple days. I stopped taking cause I was taking too much it was also making me sick. But heck everything makes me sick but that really makes me sick for sure!
