When is the best time to tell your employer you're pregnant? My job is stressful and demanding. I'm only 2 weeks but want to wait 12 weeks before I announce it. However I don't  want to overwork myself and risk complications. At the same time I don't  want to slack off. So I decided to tell my boss but my husband says wait 8-12 weeks ? Please advice.
