Lots of pain possible braxton hicks

I woke up yesterday just fine. 5 hours later I suddenly get this intense pain in lower back an inch to the right of my spine. It hurt for a few minutes went away and kept coming back randomly. I am FTM so I never felt this before. Figured it out that this is what a braxton hick is. Read up more on it. I saw it can last hours. So far it lasted for over 12. I started to get a cramp like pain with it right under my belly. Also baby has never moved so rapidly and violently before. I finally got sleep. When I woke up I thought it was gone. Shortly after I woke it came back just the same. It has now almost been 24 hours since it started. There is no discharge at all no nausea either. Should I be worried it has gone on for so long?
