Flu shot?

Hi ladies! Has anyone asked thier Dr about getting a flu shot this early? I'm almost 5 weeks and my first appt isn't until Dec 1.  Don't know if I should wait until then or get one before. Thanks!

I got mine a week before I found out but my office triage nurse told me anytime is fine.

I actually got mine a week before I found out I was pregnant. I had a doctors appt a couple days ago. He said it was fine because it wasn't the nasal spray (which is the live virus) so just make sure you are being given the inactive virus (the injection, most likely)

My doctor said it's OK to get the flu shot if  I was trying to conceive or was currently pregnant. She advised that if I do want to take make sure they give me the flu shot that was preservative free.

My Doctor told me (I'm 6 weeks) to go in around Xmas time.
