What are you guys first trimester pregnancy symtoms I'm currently 4 weeks and 4/5 days and so far only been having frequent urine, headaches no appetite, hot flashes, cold one mintue hot the next, bowl movements, gassy, pale face, slight cramping here and there! What are your signs???
