Deep stomach Pain??

Okay Ladies, this past week every time my hubby and I have sex I get this terrible pain right in the middle of my stomach. It feels like something is tering or stretching or ripping. And now I feel it even when we're not doing anything and my right ovary cramps up a little bit too. My breasts have been really sore and I've had a back ache as well. Does anyone know what this could be??
