Calculate due date with long cycle?

Question

LMP started 9/30. Peak OPK on 10/20. We BD 10/19, 10/20, and 10/21.

If I use LMP baby is due 7/6 with date of conception of 10/14 and I'm 5w5d. Unlikely because I don't think I ovulated that early based off of peak OPK.

If I use date of conception of 10/20 then baby is due 7/12 and I'm 4w6d.

Any thoughts? I know the doctor will measure and ultrasound will help but I'd like to have a rough estimate!

Hi Lauren, I also had my lmp on 9/30, very similar situation. What is your due date now? Your first and second ultrasound did the dates change?

The doc goes by the date of your last period. But they confirm with ultrasound

Same here, think I ovulated later than 10/14 as well with LMP 9/30. My ultrasound won't be until December 3rd so I guess I won't know which due date to go by until then.

I'm in a similar boat because I didn't ovulate until cycle day 19, so in my opinion I should be 5 days behind on a due date going by first day of LMP. I think I'm 4weeks 4 days instead of 5w 1d. More than likely we are both correct (you're prob 4w6d) since we are pretty sure when we ovulated. I guess all we can do is wait for the doctors to figure it out with our ultrasounds! :)

I'd go by your peak day and then confirm with ultrasound. Congratulations :)
