Are my prenatal vitamins safe?
My primary caregiver prescribed me Prenavite to take. I looked up what's in it and it contains 4,000 IU of Vitamin A (acetate) which I've read can cause birth defects if consumed too much. I don't know if this can cause problems over time or what. Is it a safe amount? I'm a first time mom; super confused.
