I'm so nervous to give birth. Yes Ik all lot of women are but I have a low pain tolerance and I never thought I'd be pregnant. I always wanted to adopt. I wanna get an epidural but I've heard that it can lead to a c-section

I was 20 with my first labor can be painful but I found moving it was very tolerable pushing you don't feel the pain you're on a mission recovery is sore do research be open minded and I think this pregnancy labor birth and recovery will show you how strong and how much you can really handle you'll be surprised what you can handle for your baby
