Baby acne???

This appeared on my daughters face over night? Does this look like a common case of baby acne to you?!?

Could be eczema..

It looks like either a rash or baby acne.
More so a rash.  
It could be from the soap you're using to wash her and or washing her clothes and blankets in.

If you formula feed it may be due to the formula.
