No milky at all

So I've pumped 15 minutes every two hours yesterday and there's no milk coming out of either breast. I'm pumping now but the only thing I'm getting is soon flats and dust. What do you suggest I do. When my milk supply went down to Anya not getting enough I switched to formula but when she starts eating solids next month I want her to have my milk. I want her to have it now but it'll still be a supplement thing. Also I've tried latching her on but she's to busy to worry about empty boobs. Help!
