Secondary Amennorea

Hello ladies! I stopped taking the pill in June of this year. I got my period in July, August, and September fairly regularly with about two days of the Glow prediction. However I haven't had my period since Spetember 12. I've taken five hpt all negative. I took them at different times, one before my missed period, one two days after my missed period, one a week after that, one another week later, and one last week. Before I was on the pill I didn't have my period for seven months but I wasn't sexually active. I made an appointment with my OBGYN just to give me peace of mind but the appointment is in December. Anyone else experiencing this? I've also had some slight cramping, but it's not constant.
