Looks like baby acne. Try washing her face with a wet washcloth once a day. I did that for my daughter and her acne went away really quickly. Or don't do anything and it should go away on its own.

My doctor said it's baby acne. This happens when the mothers hormones are leaving the baby's system. My daughter has mostly cleared up by now and it's been about a week.

It's heat rash. It will go away on its own just keep your baby's face/neck/little crevices clean and dry as much as possible... I know considering we are talking about a baby. My bug is 6 weeks and is getting them less frequent from when she was first born

My baby has it I've been using baby aveno eczema wash and cream his cheeks are cleared now I'm trying to clear his neck, behind the ears and back of his neck! Let me kno if u find any other regimes

Yep I actually just posted pictures of my son having this a few weeks ago. It's called dermatitis. It's normal baby rash. Use aveeno exzema cream and non scented dove soap. Rash will go away my son had it for 3 weeks and it's slowly going away now. I'm a FTM and I freaked out and went to the er and peditration multiple times. No worries it's called dermatitis. Perfectly normal. Use no soaps, or lotions. Only ones I listed.

Yep totally normal, rinse his face once a day with a warm wet cloth, not with a diaper  wipe and yOu'll see a huge difference.
