Interest in options...

Meggan • I turn 30 in December. I know this is weird to say, but I am wanting to help a couple that isn`t able to conceive, or get help with answers to help my fiance and I conceive without IVF.
I am interested in how to get started on my body to get ready for it to contain a life. I would love insight on how and what to do to get ready to start the process. I am on meds for pain because of pinched nerve, hip bursitis, and antianxiety meds as well. I am willing to get off of all of them. But my main concern is if there are any couples who have had trouble with low sperm count, tilted uterus, and how did you go about helping your body to be ready to conceive. My fiance has concerns about my meds and my mental health. I have been off my anxiety meds and have been mainly on my non narcotic meds for the pain.. Am I supposed to somehow reset my body's hormones if I have had the Mirena? Are there any ways to jump start my body to conceive without drugs or IVF if the low sperm count and tilted uterus is an issue? I have been pregnant once at 18 and had chosen to have an abortion and had a miscarriage in 2010 , because I had no clue I was pregnant. At the very least I would die to be able to help a couple have a baby of their own. Surrogacy is something I have considered for a few years now. I don't smoke, or do drugs, and I don't drink. I am 30years old, 5'8'', and willing to help a couple or get help myself.
