Is it possible?

To have just gotten my period ? At 4 weeks and 3 days postpartum ? Because I had stopped bleeding last week and I didn't bleed for a whole week and now I'm back bleeding and it's really really dark blood and some of the blood is red but very little. My stomach also feels how it did when I got my periods before and I'm not breastfeeding at all... just wondering if it's my period this early?
