For medical reasons (not selfish reasons) I had to have a surgical abortion 6 months ago. The day of it, I was put on the birth control Sprintec 28. I'm a perfect pill taker and do nothing to jeopardize the effectiveness of the pill. I'm very educated on it. I also use condoms every time along with me taking the pill. But I cannot shake the paranoia of getting pregnant even though I always have safe sex. Can anybody give me any tips on how to shake this paranoia????? Identity is anonymous because I feel like I shouldn't be judged due to a decision I had to make in order to save my life.
