Need advice on my home workouts
I workout at home, I have some weights, resistance bands, and an Elliptical machine. I mainly do The 21 Day Fix and Plyo workouts. I love the results I've gotten, my only thing is my booty...or lack there of. I mean, it's kind of there but hardly. I need some good workouts just for legs/glutes. I have really thick thighs which I'm happy with but I need to get my butt to understand what's going on 😂
