Anytime now! (When should I..)

Went to the hospital friday, because I kept showing a bloody show ( no one told me you see it more than once) & I was having Severe cramping, I was told I was having regular contractions but it was not changing my cervix (solid 3cm 75% effacement) so they sent me home with "Early Labor" to describe what was going on. Now it's Sunday, I woke up again , more bloody show, now I'm cramping/contracting , severe back pain, and my pelvis hurts so much.

I live an hour from the hospital , when should I go in?
