Past due date and weird dreams

I was due yesterday and nothing :/ I *know* this is common, especially in first pregnancies and I tell myself not to be too anxious. But last night I dreamed that I went into labor and had no progress for hours, so they told me to get some rest. I was able to fall asleep and when I woke up they had performed an emergency c section and we're cleaning up and dressing my baby beside me. He was the size of a 5(ish) month old and 5 or 6 teeth were starting to poke through his little gums! I think I am subconsciously afraid I will be pregnant forever lol
