Trilaminar endometrium?

Question

Does anybody have any insight about not having a trilaminar endometrium? I apparently don't have it this time. I know "they want it" but the ultrasound is showing in plenty thick enough. Also, she said they may give me something to make it trilaminar next cycle if this doesn't work. Does anyone know what they may give for that?

I was just reading that it's not always visable on the internal ultrasounds but you can see them on the abdominal. I don't usually get the tri layer until a few days before

Hey did u conceive without trilaminar layer….. my first cycle of letrozole and no triple line 
My endometrium thickness in 12mm and ovulated naturally….
I am so worried how since the practitioners could not view the triple line on the ultrasound
