Can babies blow bubbles in the womb?!

In my ultrasound picture it looks like my little girl is blowing bubbles lol. Is it bubbles that I see or is it something else?

Usually when you see things that look like bubbles, it's fingers or toes sneaking into the picture. :)
 A nurse friend of mine told me This when I had the same question.
