Have any of you woman had HPV at some point in your life

I found out recently that I have the human papillomavirus active on my cervix. My ob gyn told me it's bee common for young woman in their twenties to get this and mostly all woman who are sexually active will get it along the way. I am still very upset to know that at some point someone has given me this. If many of you young woman don't know much about hpv I recommend you read up on it and stay safe in the sex world.
