Just got off my period yesterday and postive ovulation test today is that even possible

How long is your cycle? You could ovulate on or just after your period if you have short cycles.

My sister got pregnant on her period so I would say so. Are you taking anything for ovulation?  Iam and I'm told not to test until at least 3 days after my last femara pill.

Yes definitely possible, especially if you have short cycles. That's why some have conceived after having sex on their period.
