Diabetic husbands
Anyone else have a husband with diabetes?
Mine was diagnosed a couple years ago after a sudden major weight loss.
Question is, what do you do to help manage his condition, food wise? Any great recipes or tips you have? I'm trying to cut out 90% of carbs from meals we eat but I'm not sure what's still good to feed him. Especially snacks. He loves to eat fruit at night but his bg has been higher than normal lately.
