I was ttc and God bless I conceived on the first try. I'm nearly 7 weeks pregnant now and up until today I hadn't felt all that pregnant. I've had symptoms from day one but for some reason after a horribly sleepless uncomfortable night I woke up feeling really pregnant. Like it just hit me. I got up exhausted as I could be, did my morning routine (dogs outside, go pee, brush teeth) the works. I sat down feeling abundantly nauseous and thought to myself holy cow I'm pregnant! Has anyone else gotten this overwhelming feeling too? I'm still as excited as ever, it just feel so real to me now.
