I need help 😢😢
So I'm 6 weeks pregnant & I can't eat. I take my prenatal pills but just vomit afterwards. I have literally no appetite & now it's been 3whole days I haven't had any food. I'm scared & emotional what can I do? Is anyone else experiencing this??
